Apartment and villa rentals in Cannes for MIPIM 2027

March 16 – 19, 2027 · 1 min walk from the Palais des Festivals · for teams of 4 to 10 people

MIPIM 2027: four days that take a full week

MIPIM is the largest professional congress in the Cannes calendar. Four days in mid-March — the 16th to the 19th in 2027 — bringing together investors, developers, property companies and city delegations from around the world.

The format changes everything for accommodation. A four-day show is not lived in four nights: you arrive the evening before, you leave on the Saturday, and the full week becomes the natural unit of the stay rather than a surplus you pay for without using. It is the one Cannes event where a weekly rental matches the need exactly.

The rest follows the same logic. A delegation of ten sleeps under one roof instead of scattering across three hotels, and the team meets at breakfast rather than at a meeting point agreed the night before.

Provided you find something. As surveyed on August 31, 2026, seven months before the edition, only seven four-star hotels would still take a booking in Cannes for these dates.

A 125 m² apartment costs €7,000 for the week, against €35,280 for 8 hotel rooms over just 5 nights. The full week costs less than that hotel stay, and the team works and has breakfast together instead of meeting at the counter.

Frequently asked questions

Why rent by the week for a four-day show?

Because the actual stay outlasts the show. You arrive on Monday evening to be operational on Tuesday morning and leave on Saturday once the last meetings are done: six nights, not four. MIPIM is the one Cannes event where a week leaves almost nothing unused. On shorter shows the question is different and we discuss it case by case.

Can we host a reception or a client evening in the property?

No, not without our prior written agreement — and it is a question better asked before booking than after. Our rental terms provide for private residential use: receptions, client evenings and gatherings exceeding the property’s capacity are excluded. A team meeting or a coffee with a contact is of course no problem at all. If your programme includes an event, tell us when you enquire: some owners accept it under conditions, and failing that we will point you to a venue built for it.

When should I book for MIPIM?

Earlier than for any other Cannes show, and for a reason of simple arithmetic: of the 8 properties in this selection, only 2 sleep eight or more, and the largest sleeps 10. A delegation of that size therefore has a narrow choice, and it will not widen as March approaches. An enquiry made in the autumn leaves time to weigh several addresses; made in February, it takes what is left.

How many people can you accommodate?

Up to 10 in a single property, with the villa in this selection, and eight in the largest apartment. The rule remains one bedroom per two people, and the stated capacity is a contractual maximum that cannot be exceeded. Beyond that, we split the delegation across several properties.

Are the villas too far from the Palais?

It is around twenty minutes on foot, against one to four for the apartments. That is the price of space: you do not find three hundred square metres and a garden two streets from the Palais. Over a MIPIM week many delegations accept that walk in exchange for somewhere the whole team fits, and take a car with a driver on the busiest days.

Can two teams stay in neighbouring properties?

Yes, and it is common at MIPIM. Several properties in this selection are four minutes from the Palais and a few streets from each other. Give us the total headcount in your enquiry and we will propose the combination that keeps travel between the two addresses to a minimum.

What are the payment and cancellation terms?

A non-refundable deposit of 30 per cent within seven days of confirmation, then the balance sixty days before arrival, by bank transfer in euros. On cancellation: beyond sixty days the deposit is lost; between thirty and sixty days half the total remains due; under thirty days, the full amount. On a booking made a year ahead these deadlines fall well before the show — we remind you of them in good time.

What can you take care of during the week?

Transfers from Nice, a car with a driver, a private chef, mid-stay housekeeping, restaurant bookings. As MIPIM week is the tightest of the year in Cannes, these requests need far more than the usual fourteen days: drivers and the best tables are booked months ahead. Book for MIPIM 2027

As surveyed on August 31, 2026, seven months before the edition, Booking reported that 99% of Cannes properties were no longer available for these dates: seven four-star hotels remained bookable, and the list spilled over into Mougins and Antibes. The three hotels we surveyed for both MAPIC and MIPIM ask between 240 and 285 euros a night in November, and between 900 and 1,270 in March. Of the 8 properties in this selection, only 2 sleep eight or more, and the largest sleeps 10.
