Our rental terms provide for private residential use: receptions, parties, filming and gatherings exceeding the property's capacity are excluded. The Festival is the time of year when this request comes up most often, and when the misunderstanding costs both sides most. If your programme includes an event, tell us when you enquire: some owners accept it under conditions, and failing that we point you to a venue built for it.

On foot, yes; by car, it is the worst period of the year. The Croisette is partly closed, central parking is saturated and taxis thin out in the evening. Most of the properties in this selection are under a five-minute walk from the Palais, which is the only reliable way to keep to a schedule over those twelve days. For the villa, a driver for the length of the stay is strongly advised.

No. Accreditations are a matter for the Festival and the Marché du Film, screening invitations for their organisers and distributors. We do not obtain them and we do not promise them — be wary of anyone who says otherwise. Our business stops at accommodation and the services around it.
