That is the very shape of this festival, and one reason an apartment suits it better than a room. The selection above runs from six to ten people, with properties that have a living room and a kitchen — enough to fill the days you are not at a screening without depending on hotel hours.

Most of the properties in this selection are under a five-minute walk from the Palais, which settles it: you walk home rather than look for a taxi at one in the morning in February. The Petit Juas villa is the exception, around twenty minutes away, and we recommend a driver there if you expect late evenings.

Yes, and it is the one thing to watch on this festival. Depending on the year, the edition falls before or during the winter holidays of certain regions, which brings demand back to the coast. Check your region's school calendar when fixing your dates: a week either way can change availability.

A viewing for a few people on a screen, yes. A screening with invitations, no: our terms provide for private residential use and exclude gatherings exceeding the property's capacity without our prior written agreement. If your programme includes an event, tell us when you enquire and we will point you to a suitable venue.

Everything. The Cannes Film Festival runs twelve days in May and saturates the town; Canneseries runs six in February, out of season, with attendance on an entirely different scale. In practice, an enquiry sent a month before Canneseries has a good chance of succeeding, where the same enquiry a month before the Film Festival has almost none.

One to two months is usually enough, subject to the school calendar mentioned above. February is one of the periods when the Cannes portfolio is not fully marketed: the selection is narrower than in spring, which partly offsets the low competition.
