Apartment and villa rentals in Cannes for MIPCOM 2026

This is precisely where the question deserves an honest answer. Alone, a hotel is often the simpler choice. At two or three, an apartment becomes interesting as soon as your hours diverge: a bedroom each, a shared living room to debrief in, a kitchen for breakfasts taken at different times. The calculation turns less on price than on how comfortably you can work.

A meeting with a contact, a screening for two or three around a laptop: no difficulty. Our terms provide for private residential use, however, which rules out open screenings, receptions and any gathering exceeding the property's capacity without our prior written agreement. Every property in this selection has an internet connection, listed on each page. We do not guarantee a stated speed, and on a show where you transfer heavy files or hold video calls it is worth asking us about the specific property you have in mind: we will tell you what we know rather than make a blanket promise.

Less than high season or the big spring shows. The tourist season is over, the town has loosened up, and that is what makes MIPCOM the event in the calendar where the choice stays widest the longest. It does not mean you can leave it to the last minute: the best-placed properties go first.

One to four minutes on foot for most of the properties in this selection; the villa is the exception, around twenty minutes away. On a show paced by back-to-back screenings, being able to drop things off between two of them changes the day.

It is agreed case by case, as terms vary from owner to owner. Give us your actual dates in the enquiry rather than the length of the show: we reply within 24 hours with what is available for that exact length.

A non-refundable deposit of 30 per cent within seven days of confirmation, then the balance sixty days before arrival, by bank transfer in euros. On cancellation: beyond sixty days the deposit is lost; between thirty and sixty days half the total remains due; under thirty days, the full amount.
