Apartment and villa rentals in Cannes for ILTM 2026

As early as you can. ILTM falls outside the tourist season, but it is the week when supply in Cannes empties fastest: on August 27, 2026, three months before the show, only six four-star hotels were still available on Booking for those dates, two of them offering a conventional hotel room. An enquiry sent in spring gives you a choice; an enquiry sent in November gives you what is left.

Between five and twelve minutes on foot for every property in the selection on this page. The apartments in the Banane district and the town centre are the closest; those on the Croisette and just behind it take a few minutes more. None of them requires a car to reach the Palais.

As soon as there are several of you, yes — and the gap is not marginal. Six four-star rooms for the three nights of the show came to 9,216 euros at the rate surveyed on August 27, 2026. A 95-square-metre apartment sleeping six rents for 1,955 euros a week — seven nights, not three. For someone travelling alone without a team, a hotel is often still the simpler choice.

From four to eight people depending on the property, with one bedroom per two guests. The capacity shown on each listing is a contractual maximum rather than an estimate: it cannot be exceeded, even for a single night.

An informal meeting with a contact, yes — that is one of the points of a show where everything happens in appointments. Our rental terms do, however, provide for private residential use: a reception, a client evening or any gathering exceeding the property’s stated capacity requires our prior written agreement. By bank transfer only, in euros. A non-refundable deposit of 30 per cent is due within seven days of confirmation; the balance is settled no later than sixty days before arrival. Cash payments are not accepted.

Cancellation terms depend on notice: more than sixty days before arrival you forfeit the deposit; between thirty and sixty days, fifty per cent of the total remains due; under thirty days, the full amount. A show being postponed does not change these rules, which is why it is worth telling us as soon as you have a doubt rather than at the last minute.
